Take 1 capsule initially to assess your tolerance, individual tolerance WILL vary – FEVER40 is highly dosed, don’t be a hero. Optimally, we recommend taking 2 capsules upon waking and a further capsule 6-8 hours later. Do not exceed more than 3 capsules in any 24hr period. Do not use within 5hrs of intended sleep. Ensure you stay adequately hydrated. For best results, use on a 5 day on, 2 day off cycle for a maximum of 8 weeks before taking a minimum of 4 weeks off the product entirely. Keep it fresh.

Got these to help expedite my fat loss recently, and started taking them about a week ago, after my first pill, I genuinely felt the physiological effects, having not used fat burners for years I blacked out and when I came to, I had manage to spring clean the entire house, and re-tiled my bathroom.

Was going to wait longer for a review, but don't think it's needed, this stuff clearly works! The gym motivation, focus, energy are all more akin to a full pre workout, so much so that i've now dropped a pre at all (other than a tiny fifth of a scoop mostly for placebo i think!) in favour of a cap of Fever and 4 Ride On. The sweat is real!
On in the morning and one mid-afternoon has been plenty for me, I think three would be pushing it for my tolerance (and dosing seems fine at 2 still).
My only criticism would be that this hits like a train after injestion. So much so that for the first 20-30 mins I get the classic caffeine jitters, anxiety and stomach discomfort. This passes quickly, but I suspect (as a layman!) that perhaps an 'extended release' caffeine might offset this? Clearly caffeine in a capsule hits more suddenly than in a liquid pre workout!
Overall though, a week in so far, already seeing some beginnings of benefit (not expecting miracles!), and am certain they will be more pronounced over the full tub!
