I have been using ride on on and off for the last few years and I can confidently say it is the best pump product on the market. I have also noticed other significant benefits with things like heightened mood, great mental clarity, feel good benefits etc. To sum it all up, it is worth every penny and lives up to the hype for sure!

Tastes genuinely great (fresh OJ is my fave), even if you slap some salt in there for added electrolytes.

So far so good. My order came really fast and I managed to get a nice black friday deal with a couple of pre workout sample sachets which was a nice touch. I've only been taking the creatine for a week so it's too soon to say how it's working.
Taste is great. Certainly helps get a good sweat on!
Energy is consistent with no crash.
The only thing I would say personally is that the pump isn’t as significant as I would hope. However this is a great product

I have used pre workouts in the past and nothing has come close.
I had been away from training for a week with the cold, and as soon as I hit the heavy bag I felt the difference this made. I was able to head into leg day feeling invincible!
Doesn't hurt that the Iced Blue Slush tastes like my childhoold ;)

I work two jobs and I used to have pretty rubbish workout due to tiredness, I tried this at my local gym and had a great workout. What’s brilliant about it is that you don’t have a massive come down like other pre workouts hours later. I’ve been taking it every time I go to the gym and each time I’m having better workouts.
Only used it for one night so far but had good results. Normally sleep very badly after a late night BJJ session but last night I slept better than normal, not completely sound but much improved. The only thing I would say is that the price is very high, maybe paying for what I get but let’s see going forwards.
They’ve done it again! Had this past few nights and wake up feeling great,fully recovered and ache/pain free! Can feel yourself really dosing off 20/30 mins after taking too, which is exactly what I need!
I've used a lot of pre-workouts over the years and Defib is top trumps by a mile. Excellent flavours but more importantly hits hard and enhances workouts dramatically. No crash or come down to boot either. Highly recommended.
I was first blessed with trying Defib a few months back, and after getting home from the gym the same day I tried it, I instantly purchased a tub.
This pre workout does what others don't. You have amazing 10/10 tastes - Fizzy bubblegum is my favourite but fizzy cola bottles is a close second, and lemon fizzbomb is also incredible! These are the only flavours I've tried, but I want to try the rest. I added ice into my container, along with water and two scoops of defib, and it's a game changer.
Once you've consumed defib, 15-20 mins later you start noticing the boost it gives you. Amazing focus (laser focus as stated on the tub - it's correct!), energy, and all with no crash or nasty after taste. I have hit some seriously impressive PRs in the gym in the last few months, and I wouldn't have been able to without such a reliable and powerful pre workout like Defib.
If you're relatively new to training, or pre workout products, start with one scoop. The optimal dosage is two scoops, however, I've taken one scoop on a few occasions and it still gives me a massive boost, one still far superior to other pre workout products that I've tried.
To sum up, Defib is a powerful all rounder pre workout, with 10/10s across the board. Add this to your training stack - you won't be disappointed. Now to add every flavour to my collection!
