VITAMIN D3 5000iu

Vitamin D3 is a fat soluble vitamin that can be obtained from both diet and exposure to sunlight.  Supplementation can be beneficial to ensure daily requirements are met.  HR Labs Vitamin D3 provides 5000iu of premium quality Vitamin D3 in an easy to take softgel. 

Taking one HR Labs Vitamin D3 softgel every other day should be sufficient for the majority of trained individuals. One tub will last 3-6 months depending on your individual needs.

Vitamin D (as Vitamin D3 500Oiu), Bulking Agent (SOYA Bean Oil), Soft Gel Shell (Bovine Gelatine, Glycerine, Purified Water), Vitamin D3 Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides, Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol)).

Directions for use: Take 1 soft gel daily, with a meal. Preferably in the am (Morning).
