You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or exchange it for a different product. This includes sale items. Items can only be returned if unopened and undamaged. It is your duty to check ingredients and allergy advice before opening or using our products. Postage costs will not be refunded and the cost of shipping an exchanged item will be covered by the customer.
In all cases, the products returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The removal of stickers or other such free items will be charged against the customers refund if entire order is returned.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

To return an item simply send it back to us with a note enclosed with your name, address, email and a reason for the return to the following address.

If it is our mistake then we will cover the postage (all you will need to do is send us a photo of the shipping receipt.) If we don't have your replacement we will let you know and work out a solution.

For refunds the cost of the return will be paid by the customer via a courier option of their choice. We recommend Signed for shipping at least.
Returns with Budget Shipping
A maximum £4.50 postage can be claimed upon shipping items with errors or items with manufacturing faults. A valid shipping receipt must be sent with the return or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer a free returns service for parcels delivered to non-UK addresses and return postal costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you keep proof of postage as the items remain your responsibility until they are delivered to our warehouse.
