Directions for use: Defib V3 is a highly dosed, research driven pre-workout formulated for advanced trainers. Please consider your own tolerance levels prior to use. We recommend taking one scoop (10.5g) mixed with 250 – 350ml of water 20 – 30 minutes prior to training. Advanced users may benefit from taking two scoops (21g) in the same way. Optimal dosages of active ingredients attained at two scoops. Do not exceed more than 2 servings in any 24hr period. Do not use within 5hrs of intended sleep, unless you don’t wanna.

I've used a lot of pre-workouts over the years and Defib is top trumps by a mile. Excellent flavours but more importantly hits hard and enhances workouts dramatically. No crash or come down to boot either. Highly recommended.

The most complete Pre Workout on the market
I was first blessed with trying Defib a few months back, and after getting home from the gym the same day I tried it, I instantly purchased a tub.
This pre workout does what others don't. You have amazing 10/10 tastes - Fizzy bubblegum is my favourite but fizzy cola bottles is a close second, and lemon fizzbomb is also incredible! These are the only flavours I've tried, but I want to try the rest. I added ice into my container, along with water and two scoops of defib, and it's a game changer.
Once you've consumed defib, 15-20 mins later you start noticing the boost it gives you. Amazing focus (laser focus as stated on the tub - it's correct!), energy, and all with no crash or nasty after taste. I have hit some seriously impressive PRs in the gym in the last few months, and I wouldn't have been able to without such a reliable and powerful pre workout like Defib.
If you're relatively new to training, or pre workout products, start with one scoop. The optimal dosage is two scoops, however, I've taken one scoop on a few occasions and it still gives me a massive boost, one still far superior to other pre workout products that I've tried.
To sum up, Defib is a powerful all rounder pre workout, with 10/10s across the board. Add this to your training stack - you won't be disappointed. Now to add every flavour to my collection!

I have never used HR labs products before. Been using mypro for years... but wow this is so innovative,thoughtful, tasty and most of all effective!
The lemon fizz is really unique I've never had anything like it. Actually fizzy preworkout like it's carbonated. It's so clever. I love the taste too.
Pumps and energy were fantastic and I was really dialled in to my workout. Lasted for a good 2 hrs whilst I trained. The time flew. Really recommend this.
This company had a personal feel a little card inside with a message, funny stories on the tub. I googled the ingredients and panel after and it's got some top quality highly dosed things in it. It's really impressive. I've used it twice now and excited to try it again today before my next workout. All the flavours look good but I kinda don't want to change if I order another incase its not as amazing as this. 11/10 amazing. Will look at the other products HR offer now 💪

Love this Pre workout, ever since I first used HR labs Defib I’ve never had a bad workout on it.
Doesn’t make me want to scratch the skin off my face and there’s no nasty come down off it due to its excellent ingredient profile and I can use it late in the afternoon and still sleep the same night unlike a lot of other products on the market.
